launched in Sydney , Australia on April 10, 2004 e.v. as a limited edition
of 200 copies. Published under the ‘house 418’ imprint, these
quickly sold out, and as of March 2005 e.v. this edition was no longer
available from ‘house 418.’

limited Collectors Edition of 11 copies has been made available. Those
